Linda Blake
Linda Blake is a professional trainer specialising in personal and organisational development. She uses accelerated learning and brain-based learning techniques in a high energy and positive environment, to ensure learning is fast, fun, effective and memorable.
Linda has a strong background in customer service training. For 9 years she was the national trainer for KiwiHost, the nationwide customer service programme, which introduced the concept of caring for your customers to a wide range of New Zealanders.
Being a qualified teacher, Linda has also been a lecturer at Christchurch College of Education and a tutor for teacher training and adult education courses. Her philosophy is to aid people to grow and develop through awareness and learning. She is a Certified TetraMap Facilitator and Practitioner of Working Styles Analysis.
Linda also has substantial experience in the health sector, both in training staff and producing learning and assessment resources.
