Since returning to New Zealand in 2008, Rachel has undertaken a diverse range of consultancy and contract work for both large corporates and SMEs. In addition to developing and delivering various programmes, her recent projects have included facilitation of TetraMap workshops, contract advice, dispute resolution, and development of induction material.
Rachel’s strength lies in HR Management and her main passion is employment relations. A qualified coach, Rachel is also committed to helping people be the best they can be.
Rachel is a member of Neuroleadership Group and HRINZ. She is a qualified coach and Certified TetraMap Facilitator.
