Brent Westein

Brent has broad experience in the Service and Hospitality industries. Prior to his work with Jan Alley & Associates, Brent spent 5 years as HR manager in internationally branded hotels. He has experience in HR administration, recruitment, organising, and facilitating training, employee agreements, performance management as well as championing the sustainability and OSH initiatives.

He has a passion for sustainability in the corporate world and in the environment, having a National Certificate in Horticulture and a Permaculture Design Certificate. He enjoys hiking, having completed a Kilimanjaro climb and many NZ tracks and routes.

Brent has a BA in Employment Relations and Sociology (a double major) and is also a Certified TetraMap Facilitator. He is based in Auckland.
